Welcome to Sliema Tigne Suites. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.sliematignesuites.com] (the “Website”) and the booking services provided through it.

By using our Website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our Website or services.

About Us

The Website is operated by Sliema Tigne Suites, located in Sliema, Malta. We offer short let stays and related booking services for accommodations situated in the Tigné area of Sliema.

Eligibility

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to reject bookings that do not comply with these conditions, or all other bookings for any reason.

Bookings

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. You are responsible for verifying the details in the confirmation and notifying us of any discrepancies immediately.

Payment

Payment terms (full or partial) will be specified during the booking process. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.

Cancellation

Sliema Tigne Suites does not offer free cancellation, unless otherwise specified in the custom cancellation policies which are detailed in the listing or during checkout.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must abide by all local legislation and follow all the house rules as indicated to them as well as those specified in the booking. All guests must not take part in illegal, disruptive and/or dangerous activities and must always treat the property, other guests and staff with respect. As a guest at Sliema Tigne Suites you will be held liable for any and all damages you may cause and for the violations caused during your stay, and the Company operating Sliema Tigne Suites may keep a hold on the card used to ensure observance of all the rules and regulations as described above.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out shall be in accordance with details in the listing or during checkout.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Changes or Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance issues, double booking etc.) and you will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or propose alternative accommodation of similar value. Sliema Tigne Suites will not however be liable for other costs incurred such as travel expenses, transportation expenses and the like.

Liability Disclaimer

While we take reasonable care in providing accurate property listings and services, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website access and we are not responsible for third-party services or content linked on our Website.

Your use of the Website and services is strictly at your own risk.
